Contribute to attracting top talent through standardized recruitment practices, effective assessment tools, and seamless onboarding activities aligned with organizational needs.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport candidate sourcing activities through career portals, job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels to build qualified talent pipelines.Assist in scheduling interviews and conducting initial candidate pre-screenings to validate basic qualifications and facilitate the selection process.Support recruiters and hiring managers by coordinating candidate communications and interview logistics throughout the recruitment process.Assist in maintaining recruitment documentation and records to ensure compliance with internal policies and hiring procedures.Provide administrative support for onboarding activities to help ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience.Support the collection, tracking, and reporting of Talent Acquisition KPIs and recruitment metrics.Collaborate with the Talent Attraction team on employer branding initiatives, recruitment events,
