We are looking for a teammate who can stay calm under pressure and make smart decisions with imperfect information to help our team go fast and go far.What You'll DoExecute and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidations in FCCS, including data loads, eliminations, intercompany matching, journals, close orchestration, and issue resolution.Serve as the consolidation subject matter expert, owning day-to-day operations, driving ongoing optimization, and implementing process improvements.Serve as the FCCS functional authority, guiding application design, configuration, upgrades, consolidation logic, reporting, and system enhancements in partnership with the Systems team.Lead financial system integration activities for acquisitions, including Chart of Accounts mapping, validation, parallel testing, and cutover.Support M&A; and entity lifecycle events, including acquisitions, mergers, dissolutions, ownership changes, and functional currency changes.Analyze and communicate the impact of foreign exchange movements on the P&L; and balance sheet.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting,



economics or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of accounting experienceMinimum of 2 years working in consolidations, master data governance or as an international accountantStrong communication skills and ability to communicate key information and status to stakeholdersPossess excellent analytical skillsProven ability to work well in ambiguity and manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Oracle Cloud suite of products (FCCS, EDMCS)Experience in system implementation or upgradesIndividual should work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyBig 4 experience, consulting or audit experience with multinational engagementsCPA certification (or working towards it) Systems-thinking mindset with a mix of public company experience and Big 4 audit experience.CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification.Ready to Ride?This isn't the kind of place where you follow a playbook - it's where you help write one.
