Your potential is our inspiration.Where You’ll Make a DifferenceProvide technical leadership for electrical, instrumentation, automation, and control systems across the facilityTroubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, instrumentation, and automation issues to support operational continuityEnsure the reliability and availability of motors, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), process instrumentation, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and control systemsSupport preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability and plant performanceLead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring equipment failuresManage calibration activities and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and operational requirementsIdentify and implement opportunities to improve safety, reliability, efficiency, and energy utilization across the operationSupport capital projects, equipment upgrades, commissioning activities, and startup initiativesMaintain electrical documentation, control system records, instrumentation databases, and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;),
