If you are passionate about cost accounting, operational finance, leadership, and continuous improvement, we invite you to be part of our transformation journey.Main ResponsibilitiesCost Accounting & Financial ControlLead costing and inventory accounting activities across Latin America manufacturing operations.Ensure accurate product costing, inventory valuation, standard cost calculations, and annual cost roll processes.Analyze manufacturing and inventory variances, including:Material usage variancesPurchase Price Variances (PPV)Labor variancesProduction efficiency variancesInventory revaluation impactsSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities related to costing and inventory.Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and internal control requirements.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, Inventory Accounting, FP&A;, or related finance functions.Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.Experience leading projects, processes, or teams.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).How we work: At PPG, we bring teams together to accelerate collaboration and career development,
