We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Project Coordinator to bring their unique talents to our collaborative and supportive environment.Your ImpactWe’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Project Management team with the execution of high-profile LED display, electrical, and signage projects throughout the New York metropolitan area.What You’ll Do:Support Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.Track schedules, milestones, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and deliveries.Coordinate between internal departments, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.Monitor permits, inspections, and required documentation.Assist with procurement and track long-lead materials.Maintain organized project files and documentation.Prepare meeting minutes, reports,



and project updates.Support billing milestones by ensuring required documentation is complete.Identify scheduling issues and proactively coordinate solutions.Schedule meetings and maintain project calendars.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a similar field.2+ years of project coordination, construction administration, or related experience.Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a team-first attitudeStrong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).A visa is required to travel to the US.What we offer and other important information:$ 32,000- 35,000 pesos per month (based on experience and other factors/gross salary).Hybrid position.Monday- Friday, 5:00 am- 2:00 pm PST/ 6:00 am- 3:00 pm MST.Work modality: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, work from home. Monday and Friday: 5:00 am- 8:30 am work from home, 8:30 am- 9:00 am commute to the office, 9:00 am- 2:00 pm work from the office.
