ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain trusted relationships with business, engineering, architecture, QA, and program management teams.Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, technical dependencies, and delivery commitments.Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.Negotiate scope, priorities, timelines, and trade-offs while managing stakeholder expectations.Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and product demonstrations.Collaborate closely with Technical Leads and Engineering Managers to ensure realistic planning and successful execution.Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early, proactively driving mitigation plans.Make informed prioritization decisions balancing customer needs, business objectives, technical complexity, and available capacity.Support release management activities and communicate progress, risks, and delivery status to leadership and customers.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience as a product owner.Ability to communicate effectively with executives, business users, technical teams, and external customers.Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Ability to influence without direct authority.Experience with roadmap planning, backlog management, and release planning.Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.Extensive experience defining product requirements and user stories.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.Experience working directly with enterprise customers in a client‑facing environment.Ability to read, write,
