NEC codes, and client requirements.Take full ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables with minimal supervision.Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues and support the development of coordination-ready drawings.Manage tasks, project schedules, and internal deadlines effectively.Participate in client coordination meetings to align design intent, standards, and technical requirements.Support RFIs and technical clarifications as required.Provide technical guidance, coaching, and oversight to junior and mid-level engineers.Maintain strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Evolve, and other required VDC tools.What We're Looking For4+ years of experience in Electrical BIMStrong understanding of electrical systemsAdvanced Revit skills with an electrical focusExperience using Navisworks for coordination and clash detectionFamiliarity with BIM 360, ACC, and BluebeamTeam-oriented mindset with mentoring experienceReliable, organized, and deadline-focusedSpoken and technical written Intermediate English
