As a B2B Regional Sales Manager, you will empower directly through internal commercial team and externally with our concessionaires based in Chihuahua, Hermosillo, Sinaloa, Baja California´s in terms of strengthen our communication, development, and growth of the business. You will have intimate knowledge of the market and our customers and will focus on practical solutions that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen balanced growth by optimizing the integration and development of the commercial area and concessionaires, and the defined strategy, to have the best team ready to take advantage of opportunities in a better way through Chihuahua, Hermosillo, Sinaloa, Baja California.
- Drive to strengthen the attributes and performance differentiators of our solutions, focused on the price of the final product, resulting in an analysis of price structures in accordance with our value proposition, profitability, and competitiveness in the market.
- Responsible for the forecast of material to use in future scenarios
- Effectively achieves a trend analysis, cross with real data,



analysis of lost opportunities.
- Proposes different hypotheses that can later be verified by the different segments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s Degree or Engineering
- +3 demonstrated in Sales Management with experience understanding the B2B business and leading commercial teams
- Desirable experience in paintings or coatings industry
- Intermediate English level
- Demonstrated ability in price and profitability structures
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel)
- Skills: Negotiation, analytical and strategical thinking, communication, and results orientation
- Scope: In charge of Chihuahua, Hermosillo, Sinaloa, Baja California N and S zones
- Location: desirable to live in Hermosillo or Monterrey
