Jose Marin Law is a law office located in San Francisco, California.

We are currently hiring a remote legal assistant in or around Mexico City. The work is 100% remote.

Qualifications:
1. Fluent in English and Spanish,

2. Able to type a minimum of 60 words per minute in both languages,

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Dropbox - and should have some experience with client management systems, and

5. Comfortable working with people of different Socio-economic backgrounds and nationalities.

About the position/Duties:
The main objective is to support the lawyer in providing legal services to client's by:
- Phones Answering and Consultation Scheduling,
- Form Filling/Document Collections/Invoicing,
- Contact Information Maintenance,
- Message taking (Call Logs), and
- Calendar management assistance.

Pay: From $4,500.00 per week
