This role has as principal responsibility the end-to-end recruitment processes for frontline positions for Celaya, Gto including profile alignment, job posting, screening, interviews and hiring.

Your Impact





As Talent Acquisition Asst Analyst (temporal - 5 months) your functions would consist of:
- End-to-end recruitment processes for front-line positions, including profile alignment, job posting, screening, interviews and hiring.
- Post external job openings on appropriate recruitment platforms.
- Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing guidance on recruitment best practices and adding value throughout the selection process.
- Build talent pools to reduce time-to-fill and increase internal client satisfaction.
- Deliver recruitment processes within established SLAs.
- Conduct selection processes aligned with diversity guidelines.
- Seek continuous improvement in processes and promote operational efficiency.
- Follow company policies and Talent Acquisition procedures.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide consultative support in the recruitment process.
