This role is the first point of contact for any customer who has a purchase order, special requirement, question or an issue with a product or service from the company. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, maintain high customer satisfaction and internally has a clear communication with sales, operations and logistics team, always considering business cost and profits.

CORE FUNCTIONS:
- Input in SAP the purchase orders from the customer
- Responsible of the “order - to - delivery” process
- Follow up of the trading position of each customer,



always been aware of volume, price and delivery period. Commercial negotiation vs SAP.
- Follow up of the drag position with commercial team
- Responsible for addressing customer questions about products and services.
- Responsible of validate in customers portal the good receive information to proceed with invoicing process
- Maintain a record of the customers requirements (transport specs, hours, handling, etc)
- Follow up of customers complaints
- Channel communication between quality, logistics, operations and billing & collection
- Master Data: new customers, update info, extensions, etc.
- SAP key user

Also in charge of:
- Cleaning customer position.
- Complaints resolution with QA Team
- SAP Trials
