Confidential Manufacturing Company | Hiring: Finance Coordinator
We are currently supporting a well-established international manufacturing company in Mexico in the search for a Finance Coordinator to strengthen its plant finance function.
This role supports financial reporting, cost control, and operational analysis within a maquiladora manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with corporate and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting
- Prepare account reconciliations and financial analysis
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Perform cost analysis (labor, materials, overhead absorption, variances)
- Support inventory controls, cycle counts, and reconciliations
- Assist during internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls
- Support documentation and financial processes aligned with IATF 16949 requirements:
- Provide financial data and analysis to support plant performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced English proficiency
- 3-6 years of experience in finance/accounting
- Experience in manufacturing or maquiladora environments
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 standards and audit processes preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
