Role purpose:
The Manager, GCB 6 position is a newly established Global IWPB Operational Resilience (OpRes) Utility team leading the operational resilience agenda across markets. Operational Resilience requires a need to build strong relationships and establish strong collaboration with key stakeholders, including businesses, operations, IT, Third Party, Business Continuity and Incident Management etc. The role will support the delivery of Operational Resilience business as usual activities in line with regulatory requirements, the Group's framework and business priorities.





The role will involve performing OpRes activities within a market/s in support of the Business Service owner to deliver core resilience capabilities including mapping, testing, assessments etc.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Take measures to support the Business Service Owners (BSO) to refresh the Important Business Service (IBS) artefacts on annual cycle or by trigger events (e.g. post-incident review, significant business changes, new regulatory requirement etc.).
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g. Process Owner, Third Party Engagement Manger, IT Service Owner, global mapping team) to ensure the IBS artefacts are up to date.
- Monitor and track the remediation plan of Business Vulnerabilities and Technology Vulnerabilities.
- Devise delivery strategy in coordinating Scenario Testing the Scenario Testing with Business Continuity and Incident Management (BCIM) team and key stakeholders.
