As a Senior Logistics Representative, you’ll oversee daily shipment execution, resolve exceptions, and collaborate with carriers and customers to ensure seamless operations. You’ll use your expertise to anticipate issues, improve processes, and support continuous service improvement. Your contributions will help elevate our service performance and reinforce C.H. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure Transportation arrangements are made for shipments by the following:
- Monitoring and optimizing customer load boards and information flow in the Transportation Management System
- Overseeing the maintenance and organization of team mailboxes
- Managing exceptions and providing knowledge-based solutions to predefined processes
- Serve as a resource and support system for peers
- Document, organize, and continuously improve standard operating processes
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives using CHR’s project-based delivery model
