Accountabilities:
- Supervise the general accounting team with 2-7 direct reports, providing leadership, mentorship,
and fostering a collaborative work environment to drive performance and professional development.:
- Oversee daily financial data entry in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare and post journal entries and manage general ledger account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.:
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring all financial activities are accurately captured. Prepare detailed financial data for management review and facilitate necessary adjustments.:
- Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts, providing insightful variance analysis and reports that deliver actionable insights for informed decision-making.:
- Review and present financial reports to ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data and streamline reporting processes.:
