- Role Overview:
- Support Thermbond refractory installations, ITM blanket, modules, and Silplate Mass projects, Rapidfire ( TCS) installations, and other REX products
- Assist contractors (lead existing contractors with knowledge; setup/training role for new contractors)
- Provide link between end-user and contractors (commercial contracts usually with end-users)
- Document installations and create installation reports
- Generate follow-up reports after installations (testimonials, data gathering)
- Thermal analysis follow-ups
- Able to set up gunning machine and peripheral equipment for tests & installations
- Gain knowledge of gunning equipment to be used on job sites as support for installations
- Familiar with maintenance schedule for gunning equipment
- Perform, as needed, maintenance on all equipment/tools for installation
- Aid with demonstrations for workshops
- Learn proper installation technique for all products
- Build metal and wood structures
- Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures
