Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards, FDA guidelines, HIPAA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams—including clinical operations, data management, and regulatory affairs—to achieve project goals.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project bottlenecks and develop strategies to minimize delays.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status reports and managing expectations.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree (MBA/PhD)

- Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in project management, clinical research, or consulting within the medical, pharmaceutical, or medtech industry.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), scheduling software, and data analysis.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work in matrixed environments

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00 per month
