Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems.

This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of core platform components, ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs for web, mobile, and third-party integrations.
- Build resilient, high-performance services supporting real-time and high-traffic environments.
- Optimize system performance, security,



and reliability following industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, data privacy, and gaming regulations.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for analytics, fraud detection, geolocation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with product, data, security, and compliance teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Participate in monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis to maintain system stability.
- Mentor team members and contribute to architectural decisions and technical standards.
- Explore and implement emerging technologies in gaming, fintech, and AI-driven fraud detection.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience designing and building scalable backend systems.
- Strong expertise in Python for backend development, automation, and data processing.
- Experience in API development, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
