As part of DiDi's research team, you will help to understand users' financial needs and transform them into business solutions.





You will become the voice of users and consumers — gathering key insights and supporting the execution of research for DiDi's Fintech group.

Role Responsibilities:
- Process documentation:Help document and create research area processes to keep the team aligned and efficient
- Budget & vendor management: Keep track of budgets and handle payments to ensure smooth vendor relationships
- End-to-end research projects:Handle end-to-end research projects using a wide range of quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Insights & recommendations: Synthesize findings and deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Lead workshops: Facilitate workshops to align teams around user knowledge and co-create solutions
