Responsibilities:
The Opportunity
They will assure business continuity for new and contingency based commercialization projects considering all compliance related risks and requirements needed to get the initiative up and running.
They will help manage special programs in the region such as Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), IMMEX, free trade zones and make sure that the program keeps their validities year after year.
The role will support the agenda on classification of goods, confirming the correct HS Tariff Codes are being used, as well as confirming if there are any Free Trade Zone benefits for those specific products and origins resulting in cost avoidande from import duties.
The role will support scheduled audits of the sector highlighting possible opportunities in the operations and avoiding possible government fines and/or service disruptions.
