The Senior Business Analyst - LATAM will play a key role in supporting Commercial Finance activities across Mattel's Latin America region (Mexico, CAM, South America). This role provides financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support strategic business decisions and optimize profitability. The analyst reports to Finance Manager LATAM and partners closely with local Finance teams, Sales, FP&A; General, and Controllership, ensuring consistency, accuracy,



and alignment with Mattel's "One Finance" initiatives and LATAM standardization efforts.

What You’ll Do
- Financial Planning: Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes, with a strong emphasis on P&L; and Cost analysis.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of variances between actual performance and forecasted metrics, providing actionable insights to management.
- Collaboration: Partner with FP&A;, Demand Planning, Inbound, Controllership, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate tracking of P&L; lines and alignment on financial objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards, highlighting key performance indicators and trends to facilitate strategic discussions.
- Scenario Analysis: Assess various financial scenarios to aid in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
