We are seeking a proactive, service-minded Intake Specialist / Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for our firm. This role is perfect for someone with a strong customer service background who enjoys helping people, handling calls with empathy, and providing a positive client experience in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Availability
- Availability from Monday to Sunday:
- Two consecutive days off, assigned by operations (non-rotative once assigned)

Must-Have Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or BPO environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (English C1 or higher)
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent client service

Primary Responsibilities
- Answer calls with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Conduct initial consultations for potential cases
- Sign up new clients electronically and collect required information
- Set initial clinic appointments
- Accurately document and retain client and provider information
- Process, file,



and maintain legal documents and case data
- Provide clear, supportive communication throughout each interaction

Secondary Duties
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth client handoffs
- Connect clients with the appropriate legal teams
- Direct calls from insurance and medical providers to the correct departments
- Support internal teams with accurate data entry and case documentation

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, DocuSign, and office equipment
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Empathy and compassion when working with clients in sensitive situations
