At Chill N’ Go Tours, we are looking for a Customer Service Executive who is passionate about customer service, has a positive attitude, and exceptional skills to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a memorable experience and efficiently addressing their needs in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using tools such as Google Documents and internal systems.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for customers.
- Propose ideas and strategies to improve the customer experience and optimize internal processes.
- Prepare weekly reports on customer service performance indicators.
- Actively participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on tours and new technologies.

Requirements:
- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer service, call center, or digital support roles.
- Languages: Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish and English (advanced verbal and written communication skills).
- Minimum Age: 21 years

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Google Docs and digital tools
- Strong spelling and digital writing skills
- Experience using: WhatsApp Business, Mac ecosystem

Soft Skills:
- Proactive with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks (multitasking) and prioritize efficiently.
- Team player, collaborative leadership, and adaptability to new challenges.
- Punctuality and commitment to service quality.

Tipo de jornada:
Full time

Location: On-site

9-hour shifts with rotating days off

Work schedule: 6 days
