The International Lead Development Associate plays a key role in supporting WorldStrides' growth by identifying and qualifying prospective educators interested in international student travel programs. This position focuses on professional outreach, information gathering, and lead qualification to ensure high‑quality opportunities are passed to internal teams for continued engagement.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail,



and a structured approach to outreach. It is well suited for professionals looking to build experience within a corporate, international environment while contributing to meaningful educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential program leaders from internal databases
- Gather and validate information related to educators' travel plans and goals
- Assess interest level and readiness for further engagement
- Meet established monthly and seasonal outreach targets
- Maintain accurate and timely records within the CRM system
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of company policies, procedures, and offerings
