Your Role

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate business requirements, execute test cases, manage defects, and contribute to the overall quality strategy. This role requires a solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), strong attention to detail, and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Scope
- Design, develop, and execute functional test cases based on business and technical requirements.
- Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA or similar tools, ensuring proper documentation and resolution follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning,



stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Support test documentation, reporting, and traceability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards.
- (Desirable) Support or collaborate in test automation initiatives where applicable.

Your Profile
- Detail-oriented and quality-driven - Ensures accuracy and completeness in testing activities.
- Strong STLC knowledge - Understands testing processes, methodologies, and defect management deeply.
