Position Summary
The Materials Intern will support daily operations within the Materials department, contributing to the efficient flow of materials, process standardization, and operational performance. This role focuses on maintaining accurate documentation, supporting workforce capability tracking, and assisting with the implementation of metrics and continuous improvement initiatives. The intern will work closely with Materials, Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure processes are well-documented, executed effectively, and aligned with business objectives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
