THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a talented Wellbeing Engagement Planning Specialist to join our _Revenue team_ in Mexico City
Reporting directly to the Engagement Lead, you will be a cultural transformation agent, bringing our clients closer to Wellhub's mission,
planning and supporting clients and local teams in choosing the best communication strategy available for different realities. This is a B2B2C position within the Revenue team, responsible for executing unique and scalable employee campaigns and developing our strategies in close collaboration with our internal Client Success team and clients.
YOUR IMPACT
- Support and train local CS teams on building client engagement and wellbeing communication plan.
- Develop strategies to increase the reachable market through HR communication channels according to client profile
- Understands and map HRs Wellness strategies considering different sizes, sectors and audiences to build a wellbeing program for our clients, in an individual and scalable manner.
- Engage clients about Wellbeing Engagement through exclusive plans and scalable manners.
