- Job purpose
BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Production Supervisor.The main responsibilities of this role include serve as a leader and facilitator for the team’s tasks and activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, production, environmental, and operational system objectives to meet customer requirements
- Key responsibilities- Promote and ensure compliance with company safety policies and follow up on the timely closure of unsafe condition findings.
- Participate in accident/incident investigations.
- Promote environmental awareness.
- Execute the Emergency Response Plan correctly according to established procedures.
- Conduct Layered Process Audits (LPA) as scheduled and ensure team leaders under supervision do the same.
- Ensure timely completion of production (OEE), safety, and scrap reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to the production board.
