Role Overview: Join Job Duck as an Intake and Scheduling Coordinator and become the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a key role in shaping their initial experience. In this role, you will engage with inbound leads, guide them through the intake process, and help determine the best next steps based on their needs. Your ability to communicate clearly and confidently while building trust will directly impact client conversion and satisfaction. Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Scheduling paid consultations for qualified prospects
- Providing fee quotes using a predefined framework
- Reinforcing company communication protocols and boundaries professionally
- Collaborating with internal teams via Slack to update lead status
- Following up with leads to maintain engagement and drive conversions
- Asking qualifying questions to assess and screen leads effectively
- Handling inbound calls from potential clients and conducting initial intake
- Maintaining accurate records of leads using tracking tools
