- Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Analyst, Talent Acquisition to join our growing team in Mexico. In this role, you will support high-volume hiring initiatives across the Americas, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors to deliver top talent in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.

What You Will Do:
- Partner with Senior Talent Acquisition Advisors across the Americas to fill critical roles quickly and effectively
- Review job descriptions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal and external standards
- Utilize sourcing, recruiting,
and networking tools to identify and attract qualified talent when applicant flow is limited-
- Maintain real-time and accurate updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and data integrity
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable local, state/provincial, and federal/national employment laws and regulations
- Leverage recruiting tools and labor market insights to provide competitive intelligence and hiring trends
- Generate and analyze recruiting reports and data relevant to assigned areas of responsibility
- Support Talent Acquisition reporting leveraging Excel and Powerpoint
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically Requires a University degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
