The Architectural Designeris a member of Sevan's design studio and works alongside a group of individuals to provide architectural services to our clients. As an Architectural Designer, you will be accountable for producing accurate design and construction documents for our commercial multi-site clients within the restaurant, retail, grocery,



and/or fuel industries across the United States.

This is a remote position for individuals living in Monterrey, Mexico or Juarez, Mexico, who will work alongside our architecture, design, reality capture, and civil engineering teams in the U.S.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares complete, accurate and code compliant construction documents.
- Provides technical and creative design solutions that align with program intent.
- Responsible for meeting project schedules, deadlines, and commitments for all projects.
- Assists the project manager in coordinating work with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.
- Notifies supervisor of changes in project scope and advises if a change order proposal is needed.
- Possesses a working knowledge of building codes and ADA requirements.
