Job Description

The following activities needs to be reviewed by a QMPP Senior or Quality Team Leader. Ensure compliance with customer requirements such as IATF, PPAP, APQP, 8D, Failure Analysis reports, etc. Participates in maintaining good customer relationship exercising effective communication.



To coordinate all activities before and after SOP related to customer requirements ensuring customer satisfaction and green scorecard (quality/logistics) within plant level. Drive escalation to BU, R&D; or other central function (if needed).

Ensure awareness of customer quality requirements and proactively progress toward achievement throughout the organization:
- Communicate general customer topics to core teams
- Medium/Advanced knowledge of customer tools and processes
- Asses the correct implementation of the General Customer Requirements
- 'Task Force coordination for root cause analysis (8D/A3), ICAs definition, corrective and preventive actions implementation/follow up on 0km, warranty and production parts.
- Control and surveillance of customer portal and status.
- Supports the warranty management activities and escalations
- Communication of customer rejects and special requirements within the plant and BU.
- Responsible to create and keep the Cont
