The Role

In this role, you will provide technical support, manage service requests, maintain IT equipment and applications, and deliver an exceptional end-user experience. You will collaborate with colleagues across the organization to resolve issues, improve services,



and support technology initiatives that drive productivity and operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, systems, and connectivity issues while delivering a high level of customer service.
- Manage IT service requests and incidents through resolution, ensuring timely response and adherence to service expectations.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade end-user devices, applications, and related technology equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to support projects, resolve complex issues, and implement service improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation, asset inventories, and service records to support operational effectiveness and compliance.
