What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the bar program with creativity, consistency, and excellence.
- Design and develop innovative seasonal cocktail menus that reflect The Standard's unique personality.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop the bar team through hands‑on leadership and continuous training.
- Ensure exceptional quality, presentation, and consistency across every beverage served.
