Human Resources Manager - Tecate

POSITION SUMMARY

The Human Resources (HR) Manager – Tecate is responsible for leading all HR functions for the Tecate manufacturing facility. This role oversees employee relations, labor law compliance, recruiting, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and training and development. The HR Manager partners with plant leadership to foster a positive work environment, support operational goals, and ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.

- Serve as a primary liaisonbetween management and employees, addressing inquiries, interpreting and administering labor contracts, and facilitating the resolution of workplace issues.
- Manage employee relations issues including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Cultivate a positive organizational cultureby developing and implementing internal communication strategies (e.g., newsletters, bulletin boards, town halls, digital platforms) to inform and engage personnel.
