Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed.
- Independently design and deliver data pipelines and platform components. Takes ownership of workstreams, contributes to architecture decisions, and begins mentoring junior team members. Operates effectively in client-facing contexts with minimal supervision
- Designs end-to-end data pipelines including ingestion, transformation, and load layers.
- Selects appropriate tools and patterns based on data volume, latency requirements, and platform constraints.
- Implements data quality frameworks and observability practices.
- Collaborate with Analytics and AI engineers to align data models with consumption needs.
- Contributes to technical documentation and data dictionaries.
- Participates in client workshops; translates business requirements into technical designs.
- Mentors a
