What You Will Experience In This Position
- Lead and manage Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction, waste elimination, and productivity improvement.
- Identify improvement opportunities through process analysis, Value Stream Mapping, and performance metrics.
- Drive the achievement of savings targets by delivering measurable financial results from Lean initiatives.
- Establish, implement, and standardize Lean methodologies and tools across manufacturing and corporate areas.
- Ensure proper follow-up, tracking, and sustainability of implemented improvements.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Lean projects, savings, and operational efficiency.
- Support cross‑functional teams in problem‑solving and continuous improvement activities.
- Promote a culture of Lean thinking and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Provide training and coaching on Lean principles and tools to employees at different organizational levels.
You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Bilingual, strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is required.
- 6+ experience in Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement within manufacturing or corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, 5S, Waste Reduction).
- Black Belt certification MUST have.
- Proven track record to deliver measurable cost savings and productivity improvements.Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
