General Objective
Responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of process equipment systems through the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Performs equipment repairs and troubleshooting with minimal supervision, supports daily preventive maintenance tasks, and collaborates with other maintenance staff and departments on projects as required. Conducts inspections to identify safety risks and equipment malfunctions, contributing to a safe, efficient, and compliant operation.
Responsabilities
- Actively participate in a High Performance Work Team environment, sharing knowledge and skills with all team members.
- Support the planning and execution of daily/weekly/and shutdown activities.
- Actively participate in failure analysis and equipment troubleshooting.
- Identify patterns of failures and ways to design out failures.
- Provide routine maintenance as planned.
- Participate in cost effective decision making, for example, labor, parts, materials.
- Participate in Identifying and maintain critical spare inventory levels.




- Participate in shutdown planning and two-week planning processes, including work and parts preparation.
- Set up and operate all types of mechanical tools.
- Read blue prints and related technical literature as required (in english).
- Fabricate jobs from blue prints and sketches.
- Be willing to and/or have the mechanical aptitude to lead and execute repairs.
- To work with and on occasion, lead others (operators, crafts, contractors, suppliers).

Electro Mechanical Profile
To be proficient in the assembly, disassembly and installation of mechanical/ electrical systems and components. Test, maintain, or calibrate unmanned, automated, servo-mechanical, or electromechanical equipment. Measure performance of electromechanical assemblies, using test instruments such as oscilloscopes, electronic voltmeters, or bridges. Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembl
