British American Tobacco México has an exciting opportunity for a Transport Intern in Monterrey

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

Export shipments by sea and air to the Caribbean and other end markets.
Daily follow up to shipments in transit and ensure on-time deliveries
Follow up with the planning team and end markets for shipment changes
Follow up with carriers and forwarders for transport availability
Creation of Transfer Orders in SAP
Creation of Purchase Orders
Improvement of internal KPIs and measure the performance of carriers and forwarders
Receipt of invoices, payments to suppliers and budget monitoring

What are we looking for?

Advanced English
Students in International Business or related careers.
Microsoft Office, advanced Excel
