Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Executive role based in Miguel Hidalgo, CMX, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Sales Executive will prospect and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of logistics clients, and conduct sales presentations tailored to customer needs. The role involves negotiating rates and service agreements, preparing proposals, and following up to close deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, coordinating with operations teams to ensure service quality,



and tracking sales performance using CRM tools. The Sales Executive will also gather market insights, support promotional activities, and contribute to revenue growth targets.
Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in logistics, transportation, or related services.
Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management using CRM or similar systems.
Ability to negotiate pricing and terms, prepare structured proposals, and close deals effectively.
Clear, professional communication skills in verbal and written form; bilingual Spanish/English is highly beneficial.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time independently and collaborating with on-site teams.
Basic understanding of logistics or freight processes; willingness to learn company services in detail.
