Your Job

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead strategic engineering projects that support the growth of Molex's Optical Solutions business. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring successful execution of new products, capacity expansion efforts, and automation projects that create value for customers and the business. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to translate customer requirements into executable project plans while managing scope, timelines, resources, and risk.

Our team partners closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions while supporting business growth through operational excellence, technical expertise, and project execution.

What You Will Do

Lead complex engineering and NPI projects that support business growth and customer success.




Develop project strategies, timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation approaches to ensure successful execution.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to achieve project objectives without direct authority.
Translate customer and business requirements into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes.
Monitor project performance, budgets, schedules, and deliverables while providing executive-level status updates.
Drive alignment between engineering, operations, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support automation and capacity expansion initiatives that improve operational capability and customer experience.
Foster a culture of collaboration, problem solving, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Experience leading engineering, NPI, or project management initiatives within a man
