? WE ARE HIRING | NOMINATED FINISHING ENGINEER (NFE)

We are looking for an experienced Nominated Finishing Engineer (NFE) to join our team and support denim garment finishing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support garment finishing/washing development and production.
• Work closely with laundries, production teams, Quality, and Technical teams.
• Monitor wash standards, shade, hand feel, appearance, and overall garment performance.
• Troubleshoot finishing and washing issues and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure finishing processes meet brand requirements, quality standards, and approved samples.
• Support new developments, bulk production, and problem-solving at the factory/laundry level.
• Travel to manufacturing and laundry facilities when required.

Adecuado Candidate:




• Strong experience in denim garment washing and finishing.
• Solid knowledge of washing processes, recipes, chemicals, and garment effects.
• Experience working with international brands and manufacturing teams is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make technically sound decisions.
• Willingness to travel as required.
