Outbound Sales Development Representative . This role is focused on generating and developing new business opportunities with U.S. companies, building strong client relationships, and supporting the growth of our recruiting and immigration services.
Strong sales focus
The idóneo candidate is highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in sales or business development, and the ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions. We offer ongoing training, close support, well-defined processes, and a strong culture of attention to detail.
Advanced English is required. Responsibilities ·
Proactively engage potential clients through
cold outreach , marketing initiatives, and innovative sales strategies. ·
Ability to schedule a video call with prospect leads to sell the service in full. ·
Build and maintain the
Sales Playbook , including messaging, objection handling, and conversion workflows. ·




Leverage sales technologies such as
Lusha
and CRM tools to source leads and execute
100+ outbound calls per day . ·
Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities, targeting both
corporate and individual clients . ·
Expand the company's footprint across
Hospitality, Farming, Engineering, Manufacturing, and related industries , delivering tailored staffing and immigration solutions. ·
Lead
consultative sales conversations
to assess client needs and refine staffing workflows for efficiency and results. ·
Establish and maintain pricing frameworks, manage an up-to-date prospect database, and actively support recruiting efforts tied to client demand. ·
Collaborate closely with the
Talent Acquisition team
to ensure timely and seamless talent placement. ·
Build, manage, and nurture long-term client and contractor relationships while staying informed on in
