Job Summary Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we're calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Reporting to the Director, EH&S; the EH&S; Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and execution of Environmental,



Health & Safety programs across office and manufacturing environments. This role ensures full compliance with corporation, federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a proactive safety culture.
What a typical day looks like:
- Lead the execution of EH&S; programs across manufacturing sites and offices, ensuring performance in cost, efficiency, and compliance.
- Develop and manage EH&S; budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
- Drive compliance with ISO14001, ISO45001, and RBA standards; lead internal and external audits as a Certified Lead Auditor.
- Oversee industrial safety and machine safety programs in high-growth manufacturing environments.
- Lead EH&S; strategy for new business ramp-ups, including implementation of management systems and safety frameworks.
- Design and execute emergency response programs, including large-scale drills, crisis management, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
