About the Role
As the Facilities Manager, you will lead all facilities and infrastructure operations for the manufacturing site, ensuring safe, reliable, compliant, and cost-effective management of plant utilities, maintenance programs, building infrastructure, and capital projects. You will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations through facility expansions, infrastructure improvements,



regulatory compliance, and continuous operational excellence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
As a Mgr, Facilities, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading facilities operations, maintenance programs, and infrastructure systems across the manufacturing site.
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation of critical plant utilities, including electrical systems, HVAC, compressed air, refrigeration, helium consumption systems, and fire protection systems.
- Managing facility infrastructure projects, plant expansions, renovations, and installation of new manufacturing equipment and production lines.
- Overseeing contractor performance and outsourced facility management services.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, safety requirements, environmental standards, and business continuity plans.
