Job Summary
We need to onboard SDET @ Mexico location to support the Contact Center Contact Center transformation initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable UI and API automation frameworks using Playwright -TypeScript/PyTest while ensuring application quality security validation and continuous testing across agile delivery teams.
The role requires strong expertise in automation architecture API testing vulnerability analysis CI/CD integration
Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable UI and API automation frameworks using Playwright -TypeScript/PyTest while ensuring application quality security validation and continuous testing across agile delivery teams.
The role requires strong expertise in automation architecture API testing vulnerability analysis CI/CD integration and contact center application testing. The engineer will work closely with Product Owners Developers Security Teams and Business Stakeholders to build robust automation assets identify security vulnerabilities and improve release quality.
Qualifications
10+ years of Quality Engineering and Test Automation experience
Playwright for UI and end-to-end automation testing
TypeScript/JavaScript for automation framework development
Python & PyTest for test automation and framework development
API Automation Testing (REST/SOAP API validation mocking and integration testing)
Automation Framework Design using reusable and scalable architecture (POM utilities reporting CI/CD integration)
