Our Flour & Energy Materials business group is seeking to hire an experienced Chemical Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Lead to support our Regional Operations and hiring efforts. The lead will oversee the regions' recruiters, responsible for the end-to-end hiring process & activities.
The lead will establish sourcing activities for the region, employer brand, academic relationships, referral programs, etc.
As a Lead, you will demonstrate adherence to local laws, trends & market best practices.
