The Opportunity

Haulotte is looking for a commercially driven General Manager to lead our established Mexican subsidiary. This is a hands‑on leadership role with responsibility for growing the business, developing the team, strengthening customer relationships and delivering strong P&L; performance.

We want a leader who enjoys being close to customers and the market.The right person will be a strong sales leader and natural hunter - someone who can open doors, build relationships, spot opportunities and turn them into profitable, sustainable growth.

The General Manager will lead the Mexico organization across Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Logistics and Finance, working closely with the Americas Business Director and regional functional leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Mexico business with full P&L; responsibility and accountability for growth, profitability, cash and key business KPIs.
- Set and drive the commercial strategy for Mexico, with a clear focus on profitable growth,



stronger customer penetration and new business development.
- Be visible in the market and personally engage with key customers, prospects, distributors and strategic partners. This role requires a true hunter mindset.
- Build a healthy sales pipeline and create the discipline needed for strong follow‑up, accurate forecasting and better conversion.
- Grow Haulotte's presence in Mexico by strengthening existing accounts, opening new customers and identifying new market opportunities.
- Coach and develop the sales team while creating a culture of accountability, energy, teamwork and customer focus.
- Develop the broader leadership team and bring Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Logistics and Finance together around common business priorities.
