of professional experience in backend or server-side development. Minimum
1 year
of recent hands-on experience with
Go Proven track record delivering large-scale projects in
Go, Java, C++, Rust , or
similar languages. Very strong understanding of backend fundamentals including SQL databases, networking, and security Comfortable with frontend technologies
(HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
and at least one modern framework such as
React, Angular ,



or
Svelte. Proficiency in rigorous software development practices including version control, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives from concept to production Advanced English.
