Triptease is seeking a strategic Customer Success Executive to lead a Integral SMB book of hotel clients primarily in AMERS. You will guide them from trial to long-term partnership, driving direct bookings, conversions and revenue.
You will scale impact through automation and AI, own the 3-month trial, run strategic reviews with clients, and coordinate with Product, Marketing and Sales to broaden adoption and retention across the portfolio.
